This morning I went for a run and learned two things. 1) I wear almost nothing outside. Case in point:
2) Takes about 30 minutes for me to get over the "lead feet" feeling. I forced myself to walk on the hills giant three times. Since then, I felt like I could go. I'll be out tomorrow that much longer.
It was incredibly cold this morning and I discussed wearing a sweatshirt for fear that I would get too hot. I am so thankful that I've worn, and has kept me warm and helped me to stay that way without overheating. This dress inspired me to buy some new clothes.
Those shoes are a mazing! They are the first pair of running shoes that I owned that prevents my fingers numb. They are also incredibly comfortable. I purchased the shoe Carnival, but here are available too.
Onward and upward!
